This company is a rip off. They ask you to send one months payment to them in advance before any work is done to assist you in obtaining a vehicle modification loan. The one months payment is usually the monthly car payment amount. What they do not tell you before you pay them is that if Elite can not obtain you a vehicle modification that they will only refund half the money you sent them. However they do say that they will refund your money, just now how much of it. I have had to call this company countless times as well as email them to get my refund. They will not answer your calls, nor return your calls after leaving several voice messages nor will they respond back to your emails. Please stay away from this company is my advice.
