I bought 2 Magic Jack from a TV add. One worked the other did not. Fact: I claimed it trough my Credit card who promptly refunded me. When it was time to renew they refused to renew because I had made a claim against them. Now I own a MG but I have no connection. I am only one but the internet is overflowing with bitter complaints from thousands of people.

The is a phone number to call but all they can say is that I am permanently cut out because of my complaint and there is nothing I can do. Even if I buy a new MG, and it worked, I can only register it under a false ID, my real ID is barred for ever.
