One of their drivers rear-ended my dad's car and caused it to be a total loss as well as causing him injuries. We trusted we would not need lawyers since the other driver was clearly at fault, the police gave the other driver the ticket, and there were two witnesses who attested to this. Geico has paid my dad (not even close to what it cost to replace the car which was paid in full) but Occidental continues to come up with lame excuses as to why they can not reimburse Geico the $500 deductible that would go to my father. It is very hard to get any answers from that company-everyone is passing the buck, down to us since they would have US track the witnesses ourselves (obviously speaking to the policeman is not enough for them).
