Within one week after receipt of this message I was told by Dr. George Edwards (Prize Administrator) I'm the winner of the Year's London Global-Telecommunications award of the year amounting 550,000.00 British pounds Sterling deposited in temporary accounts in Halifax Bank Plc... Received a scan copy of my Winning certificate of award signed by Mrs. Gena Rose Camps (CEO)& congratulations message, told to apply to Halifax Bank PLC for fund release and finally asked to apply to Financial Services Authority by the Banks Operations Director Mr. Alec Martin & I did so.
However, I was asked to fill Fund Release Application Form and send to the authority with 1,520.00 pound Sterling as an administrative charge to issue Fund Transfer Order to Halifax Bank by David Hector James (Head of Operations, FSA) of Financial Services Authority, Manchester Regional Office, England)
