I was charged $30.00 for something about getting a loan which I did not even know the name of the company until today. I talked with a gentlemen on 9/21 and he said I would receive a refund and the confermation number was 38928. I just talked with a lady today and she said I would get the refund of $30.00 in 10 to 20 days. It has been 11 days and no refund. This needs to be stoped. Thank you!!! They tell me there is not any managers available at this time which is all the time.
This is a fraud!!!
