I was contacted by Dr. Edward Sparong who told me that he needed help in getting $25.5 million dollars out of Ghana. For my help I would get 30%. He sent me some documents which I was to forward to Ecowas Head Quarter GH. After forwarding the documents Iwas told I had to come to Ghana to sign the release forms. After signing the release documents Iwas told that the taxes were not paid on these funds and I should pay 25% as a sign of good faith. This morning I received another E mail stating the minister rejected the 25% and wants another 25%.
