Will when i first applied for a card i wanted it but then i call back to cancel maybe a wk. Later but they told me i could not get my money back and that the card was already mailed out and that iwould get it in 7 til 14 business days not counting weekend and holidays so i waited. The 89.00 was taken out on 8/30 the 19.00 on sept. 29 so i went to the bank and call the ptccard co. They said i cancel on sept. 29 so i ask them why would i do that when u have my money the would not let me talk to a manger and would no give me my money and they think they can take money from hard working people and then say that they cancel the cards so if i was to get the card on the 3 or oct why didn't i? Now mine you the card was sent out aug. How could they cancel it? They got my money and i want it back i work to hard for what i got getting paid one time a month and the peopl their don't no how to talk to you so please will you get my money back.
