I ordered the trial offer for $9.95 and was on vacation when it arrived. I was after (14 days) charged $83.98 on my card. I had already called to cancel before Sept. 29 but was charged anyway. They did not even send the correct filters. I called and canceled membership and only got back a refund of $43.98 and refused to refund anymore. So I sent back the regular filters for the menthol replacements since they would not refund the full amount. I will have to wait to find out if they can even do that correctly.

Not only that I was also scammed with their membership trial by two other companies; Saver City and National Trip. Both of these were not anything I would ever be interested in and I will separately report them also as a scam. Both put charges on my card after I had cancellation codes for both. I will also be turning all of these other companies in separatly.
