I saw a report from Channel 6—we have a channel 6 in my town—I thought it was them as it was not identified. I ordered the introductory offer for $4.98. I was never notified that my bank account would automatically have $159.98 deducted. What a shock—cost me a lot in overdraft charges. I returned the product, got confirmation that that received the return, was told my refund would come within 4 weeks. I have been in constant, almost weekly communication with Leanspa reps, who keep reassuring me that I will get my money back—I returned their product—why can't I get a refund??? Should I go to the Feds?
