My credit card was charged after i stated i didnot want the magazines. I was at stein mart at register paying for my clothes. Asked if i would be interested in getting magazines for 3 months at no charge. Just for three months, no obligation. Now i am charged 58.60 to my capital card. This is done without my permission.
