I, like many others, called after hearing a radio advertisement. I was assured and reassured that this was NOT a fraud or scam and that it was a government research program limited to a small number of people. I was hesitant and skeptical the entire time but the lady assured me that there would be no reason to worry. (but why would they even offer a full refund dissatisfaction agreement if it wasn't a scam? Who would be dissatisfied with free groceries?!) Immediately after I called I looked it up online and saw all the complaints. I then immediately called them back and they said that they could not cancel my order and would not transfer me to anyone in charge. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! If you have, call your bank now and let them know.
