I received a message stating I won an iPad. To enter my cell number to claim prize etc. After doing so, I get a text telling me that I would be charged 9.99 a month to take some quiz which I didn't sign up for. Please help. I'm a single mom and am on a budget. I did not sign up for this and I don't want to be charged for it.
