Rude unprofessional

I unfortunately stepped into the S. W on Barker Cypress in Houston, TX earlier today and went through the most embarrassing angering moment. Their employee, Jeremiah, got on the phone with my father in front of me and raised his voice, called him' dude', and hung up on him, all while keeping a rude and threating attitude. I really hope they let him go, I know this is not the type of customer service they usually have.
