Miscellaneous

If you get a letter from these people know this, they are expert at selling you a whole bunch of inflated promises. We are pretty savvy real estate people, but my husband loves to hear a good story so he went to one of these free luncheon deals to see what was what. They sold him on a 3 day seminar for $3,000.00 on a credit card telling him they'd invest with him, and I mean put their own cash up for real estate transactions. When he came home with the DVD's and the books we poured over them, then reviewed the internet on these guys. They say something different than what they do. All they're selling is an education in the basics of contracts, financing and leveraging. And the "creative" financing they promote is somewhat slimey. You'd have to search long and hard to find the golden nugget here, don't be fooled. Go get a real "real estate license" if you want to do this.
