I received a call from Victor R. Which was very nice and then the next day Doug (director, I think) called me for some consultation. I informed him that I wanted to cancel because I don't like to give out my credit card number. While I was talking to him, my husband went to this site (so glad he did). I informed them that I wanted them to credit my card and I don't want a gift card. Matt (cancelation dept.) informed me they will credit my card within 7 - 14 days. So without hesitation, I went online and disputed the charge.
