I reported to you i was scammed for the sum of 99.99. Having been worried and trying to get my monies back i tried to contact them on 08445676305 and finally did on the 16th of Sept. I spoke to a lovely girl called Jenny who worked for them i explained what had happend about the phone call from 02256800256 which she explained was an indian call centre. When talking to her i expressed my concern about the people who worked in the call centre how disgraceful their behaviour was on phoning people not answering and hanging up on people. I explained about 1st call claims site how many people are putting reports about them because they are using these people. She told me i whould recieve a pack which the indian people told me i would that was why i paid 99.99 i recieved the pack on the 19th Sept and read through it. I contacted her on the 23rd Sept and told her the paperwork was no good to me she offered me a full refund 99.99 in 14/21 days. Jenny said they were loking to stop using the indian call centre. I would just like to say i definatly thought this was a scam because of all the reports on their site which people are expressing their concerns about these phone numbers. I have noticed a report on their site about my report please could it be removed please.
