I joined to use site to search Ancestry. The site stated British records were available. Later down the line when I could not access anyone in UK I wrote to them. They replied and said the database was constantly being updated. The reply was from Emily at Customer Support/HubMemberAccess.com I then realised this was mainly a US site.
I asked for a refund, as stated, within the 3month period. I have heard nothing further.
When I researched my own name it said I was mixed gender from Canada!!! I very definitely, Female & British.
