Recieved a letter from a David Shawn and Helel Anderson informing me I had won a Lottery, gave me the numbers I won on for $250,000 and told me that I will be sent a letter in 10 days to explain how to pay the taxes and fees, and if I shop at Home Depot and Walmart. Have not recieved any info from them as of yet Thinking this is a scam I have a game plan to possibley get back at them.
