El Gordo La Primitiva Francisco Pedro AKA Don. CLIEF P. PEDRO
Ripoff Madrid

Miscellaneous

Hello my name is Zora. A few weeks ago I have gotten a letter from Spain to be exact from a sweepstakes in Madrid called Loteria Primitiva El Gordo. The letter claimed that i have won 500 thousend dollars.

There was a fax number where I could have sent the information and I also had the adress where i could send it. I faxed it but the fax wouldnt work. SO I called the numbr 34-617-179-430 and a Spanish man answers and I ask about the sweepstakes and if its a hoax adn hat the fax didn't work.

The man Mr. Francisco Pedro gives me another fax where I could send it. Not beign very sure of it I ask if I could send it by mail but Mr. Pedro insisted I send it by fax. So I sent it by fax and also by mail.

I called him to confirm if he had gotten my fax of my bank information. He said yes and I asked if that was all I needed to get my money. Then he claimed that he needed to get 500 dollars for the paperwork.

I was a little skeptical but the man made it sound so real that I tried and asked if there was any proof but he assured me that this was all true and that Id be enjoying my money in a few days.
He tells me to send the money over Western Union to Collins Goodwill. I agreed. About two days later Mr. Pedro calls and says that the money came and that he would send me a fax.

I read the fax and it said that they needed another 3000 dollars for some ministr before the money can be transfered. I call Mr. Pedro and ask how come I have to pay another 3000 dollars and that Ireally couldnt come up with that money.

I asked for a refund and he said that it could be months befoe I could get my money back and to call the bank where the money is suposedly. I couldn't reach the bank. Another few days later I get the envelope where I had put the letter when I decided to also send it. It turned out that the address doesnt exist and thas why he insisted on me sending it through fax.

The three things that were very suspiciouse were the fax not eing right the adress not being right and the phone number turned out to be a cell phone when all along I thought that it ws the office number.

I would really like to see the people involved in this hoax get caught and if you ever receive a letter like this to disregard it. I believe this to b a scam for money and if anyone else has been a victim of this t contact me.

Sincerley, Zora
