Ordered originally on 8/5 charged me for more than I requested-sent extra in package. Actually got credit for 29.99
tried the product - did not work - called within time allowed for credit and return authorization number. Sent it back - checked and made sure it got back— no credit to credit card. Keep calling and customer service says they do not do credits only orders and return auth numbers. Advised that due to number of people asking for refunds to go to my bank. Bank says since they I placed order and gave my card info. They cannot reverse it and give my money back
still trying to find a number or address to use to try to get credit. One on packing slip is NOT the real address
