Ordered free trial for S/H cost of $4.95. Bank charge of $4.95 cleared acct. On 09/16. Started searching online for a contact# to call about the order that still has not arrived. Found this website & read all the comments & used the 800# to contact HCG Xtreme direct. Jsut spoke w/Bridgette who apologized for my order taking longer than it should to arrive & she offered to extend the FREE TRIAL thru 10/13 to allow me time to use the product. I requested that my credit card DID NOT BE CHARGED any further & she explained that she could not agree because the product was in route to me & I could only avoid being charged further if I mailed the drops back BEFORE 10/13, I recvd a merchandise routing# 612 571 946 694 37. The address to mail the drops back to is: HCG #2701 A Stanley Gault Pkwy Louisville, KY 40223. I mentioned the reason I no longer wanted the product & wanted my Credit Card to no longer be charged is because of the information I found online regarding their website, the complaints & BBB involvment, Bridgette stated this was not a scam & continued to speak over me each time I requested this order be cancelled.
