I was using this company's site for a people finder. When it asks you to buy a report it says the charge is only $1. I paid the $1 and got a report that was useless. The information was incomplete and very unreliable. Then later on at the end of the month my credit card was charged $18.95. I spoke to an online customer service representative via online chat and I was told that I would be refunded 50% of the $18.95 membership fee because he claimed that the fine print stated that when I bought the $1 report I was agreeing to a membership as well. It has been two months now and I have not received the 50% refund which I was told would show on my credit card in 10-15 business days. This company is incredulous for sure. Please beware.
