Consumer Report

I was trying to do a vin check on a vehicle i purchased and their site stated that I could get a report for $1. I went through with and never received any information. The report was blank. I checked my bank account prior to caling them and there was a charge for $24.95 plus the $1. I called and they stated they would refund my money and to give them 5 days. Today the charge is still there and i cannot get through to them on the phone. The phone doesnt even ring. It goes dead after three seconds.
