Wanted background info on a used car. Stated it was 2.95, looked at all the fine print for possible extra charges, membership required etc. Saw none. Then checked my bank and it stated 2.95 for PropertyHouseValue. Ocm Salt Lake City UT and 29.95 for CARVINCHECKS COM SALT LAKE CIT UT.

Their rebuttal is that they have mentioned in terms and conditions, that will not solve the problem, you cannot have misleading captions and scrubbed terms and conditions, and morever why is there not a single autogenerated email saying i was susbscribed? This is totally fraud.
