We bought a box of cold pack instants, upc#8019677863 lot#SHM10220, and it claims to work at least 20 min. But each one only stayed cold for 5 min. Or less! How is that suppose to help? We spent $4.99 and it was completly worthless. And we followed the instructions exactly. We shopped at the Kennick, WA. Store.
