I have boycotted Samsung for the last 9 years due to poor customer service. I bought a new dvd/vcr player back when they were expensive. It quit working two months later and I sent it to their service center. They said the box was damaged when it arrive and they would not even open it. Well, box was torn about an inch on the side. I guess the post office did something. I told them I do not care if it was scratched just fix what I told you was wrong with it. They said we can't even open it because something possibly happened the the vcr/dvd. Yea, I was sending it to you because it would not work MORONS. This was their way of not taking responsiblity. Any Samsung employee who reads this forward it to your CEO. Tell him I have bought HDMI tv's cameras, vcrs, and bought blue-ray player yesterday on and on. I see a product and if it says Samsung I don't buy it even if the price is cheaper. You cost yourself Thousands of dollars. Nice work guys.
