Tried the trial paying only for postage in August. Haven't received anything at all. No communication from company. Checked my credit card bill when it came in this month, September, to find my card had been charged for three items which I did not order (and haven't received either) got in touch with my credit card provider who then sent me a letter and asking me to enclose any relevant paperwork or communication with the company. As I live in the UK I am not prepared to run up telephone charges so I e-mailed the company using this address:- support@oceanedgeservices.com They cancelled my 'contract, ' which I didn't know I had, but so far they have not refunded my account as I requested.
There appear to be 2 companies involved, Henderson NV and ACM*HYDROXATONE are they connected by any chance?
