I initailly signed up for a 30 day trial at a cost of $4.95 (about £3.90) but they have taken a further £118.21 on 2nd September. I've tried to contact them by email and by phone but they will not answer the phone and have only replied to one of my emails saying that if I send the products back they will reimburse the £118.21. I emailed them for their address but guess what - they now won't reply to any of my emails. I've contacted my credit card company who say that as I've been in touch with them from the beginning of this saga and they know that I've emailed Leanslim with a cancellation they can now claim any money back should Leanslim try to get more money. I've just discovered that Leanslim have requested a further payment to go out of my account on 12th October. I've contacted my credit card company and they have told me not to worry because they will claim the amount back for me. Let's hope this will be the last of it!!
