I was referred to Mr Sumrall by Thomas Geelhoed ESQ. At the beginning I inform Mr Sumrall I didn't have any money for doctors appointments or for transportation to the hearing which was in Lansing, Michigan. He informed me that he would look into getting me there for the hearing this was approximately 8 months before the hearing. Approximately 1 1/2 before the hearing I get a call from Mr. Sumrall asking me what time would I be arriving to the hearing, because he needed me to stop by the office. I informed him again I informed him 8 months before that I didn't have any money or income, and that he said he would look into getting me there. His next sentence was "Then I don't even need to began your case if you can't make it to Lansing" I stated "No, I guess not, in fact lets see about getting your butt off my case" "Not a problem I'm off the case" " Good send me my case files, immediately."

Then this guy actually tried to send a claim in case I found another attorney in time claiming he did some work on my case. The only thing that was done, was him mailing me a form for my doctor to fill out as to my treatment. I then called this guy and stated "I have already sent my medical stuff to your, why are you sending me a form for the VA doctor to fill out?" "Ohh I must have sent that by mistake."

He didn't do any work, but expected to get paid for mailing me one envelope.
