Zoom Panel Account was deactivated. Member for years, Built up points to redeem. Emails and calls not returned

Was a member of Zoom for years. Attempted to redeem some points and it did not accept my password. Did receive a reply with my password. Tried again to find my account was deactivated. I know they can do this if you have not been ACTIVE but I had my last survey this month. Also referred someone within the 3 month period too.
Never had a problem with them before so was surprised when I did not receive any response from my emails inquiring what was going on. Phone calls were useless since you do not get a live person. 24/7 tech service was useless since they did not respond to my emails. Not sure if I was booted out because I finally manage to build up points? Or was this a way to screw me out of my points. Would love a answer.
