On September 4th, I placed an order for Canon lens 70-200 f4 is. On September 5th I received a conformation and been asked to call them to finish my order. When I called them thy were trying to change my mind regarding type of lens, by saying that this lens is old and not going to work on my Canon rebel xsi. They suggested to me New Released!!! Sigma 70-300 F4-5.6 DG OS FOR CANON PROFESSIONAL CAMERAS for $200 more (total is 991.97) by saying that is new, just released pro lens and because of Labor Day they will give me discount and instead of $1899 they will charge me only $991.97. I said yes. After conversation I checked this type of lens on internet and find out that this cheap old version for $150-$550 and no new release is exist. I called to The Digital Hunter Co. Again and they told me that it’s not released and will be released in couple of weeks; it’s a reason why I can’t find any information on Sigma lens. And they are getting this lens directly from Japan. I believed them but wrote a message to Sigma Company and called them with a question if new release is coming up, they told me that I been misleading and no pro version for this type of lens exist. I called back to Digital Hunter Co. On September 6, told everything to manager of the company but he said that they shipped it already and I suppose to get it on September 7, I order overnight shipping. I ask them to cancel my order and get full refund but they told me “No way you gonna get all your money back”. First UPS attempt was on September 8 instead of September 7. I told UPS representative to send it back. I never have this parcel in my hands. So, right now I'm trying resolve this problem thou Bank. I hope it will work.
