I ordered The Firm workout package a few months back and ever since then I've been getting charged numerous times on my bank account. First, I was charged $24.99 for a website that I never went on. So I called them and they told me that the money can't be refunded.

Just this morning I saw 2 charges on my account. One was for Gai*GT Media, I did not authorize this let alone know what it is! The second charge was for $35.98 and it said "payment 3 of 3" which should really say payment 5 since that's how many times I have been charged by them.

When I called to cancel this order that I did not make the phone kept ringing and ringing and then hung up. This was the phone number listed next to the charge on my account.

I typed in Gai Gt into google and all I could find were many complaints by different people on different websites having the same problem as me. I also sent an inquiry to KTLA 5 so they can run a story on it to let everyone know not to order from this company or any other for that matter. They need to be stopped NOW!
