Free down load zones Scam for renewing drivers license

I was trying to help a friend without a computer renew her drivers licence on line. I thought I was on a government website. This company charged my card $34 and I got no product or service, no reciept and no confirmation number.
I think I accidentally clicked and advertisment and was redirected there. Watch out!
