I'm really not sure if it was Aug. 15th, but I know it was this past August. Anyway, I was reading the complaints and a few were like mine.in August my total bill came to 110.00. When I looked at my checking account online-they charged me twice! When I called them to tell them this they didnt believe me, so they said to send proof. I sent the proof and they STILL didnt believe me!

I wound up cancelling my account with them, and I will go into my checking account to make sure the TWO $110.00 have come off.

In the meantime, I signed up with another membership that requires using Brainhost. So I got a new domain name and set up webhosting for 1 year. This was on Monday, Sept. 12th. So, it was stated that by Tuesday it would be set up. Got a phone call from brainhost and she was all confused b/c she remembered I cancelled my account, so she never did anything with this new account except bill me! So, now I have to wait even longer to get my site up and running. I don't know about this company, and I don't know if I'll even keep this new account!
