Fraud

I was on ebay and this site Bid Rack popped up saying sign up for free to bid on items. I filled out the registration form, under free to sign up. I was asked to provide my Master Card in case of purchases. When I recieved my Master Card bill I was charged $99.00. I immediatley called them they said I bid on 250 bids which I in fact DID NOT DO. I did not click on anything to buy. They refused to credit my account. Master Card cannot do anything as I did sign up even if under FREE to sign up, 3rd party they said.
