Taking care of usual banking on September 12 I noticed a unusual check number and started asking the bank employee for details pertaining to this transaction. The check was a counter check made out to USA Credit with no signature, no address nor a phone number for this company. Bank officials explained the action that would be taken to get this matter resolved as quickly as possible.
