Annual Gem, Mineral, fossil &Jewelry Shows Do you need this $200" this bad?

I received the contract for the Celinka Annual Show to be Celebrated on June 4th & 5th at Briarcliff College in Patchogue NY Elaine Casani Charge $485 dollars for 5 tables and 2 days, because that day, I don't have that amount inmediately, i did what I have done with the other shows and send her a check deposit for $200 and also wrote to her that the balance will be paid when I arrive to the show. When I send the money, there was enough in the bank to clear it but she took too long to deposite it so I received a call from her telling me that the check bounce and that i owe her $10. Because of this check. I told her ok, i'll bring everything to the show and her answer was, "send the full amount now or you can't come in to the show, I answer her to forget it, I'm not coming but forgot to ask for my Check back. (A big mistake)

That happened at the beginning of May. Yesterday, while checking my checking account, discovere that they (Celinka unlimite or Elaine Casani) cashed the check on the 5th of September, 3 month later. This is a fraud in view i did not went to the show and I know they did it because of the $10 dollars I owe them. They must be desperate for money to do an stupidity like this instead of sending me a bill for the $10.

Not only will bring them to court tomorrow the 13th of Sept. But will complain in the internet to every Org. Complaint report, BBB Attorney General and every single Gem Shows i the Eastern Board. Because I try to call her to explain, assuming it was an error but also email her but. With their silence, I can see it was done on retaliation for the $10
