I contacted this company. I was told that they would work with my mortgage company and lower my mortgage to around 900.00. The company said they needed the money first (first red flag). The money was wired to Bank of America in California. I was told to complete forms and fax them back. I never spoke to a person directly I had to leave a voice mail. When I had trouble coming up with the last part of the payment I was told to sell something or ask someone for the rest of the money. My mortage was never lowered and in the mean time my home went into forclousure and I had to declare bankcruptsy to save my home. I was behind $17,000.00 on my home loan.
