NCHD is not necessarily in good standing with the BBB as the claim. It turns out that there are many, many subsidiaries that do have unsatisfactory records with the BBB. Many times companies do this (have many "parent" companies") so that if and when someone tries to sue them, you can't because there are so many different parent companies you can't serve the correct corporate entity.
