Changed the comapy name and I had signage on my home without contacting me. I cancelled the service in Feb. Because the end of my contract was April however in April they still took the monthly charge for the service. I called immediately but it took me serveral months to get my money back I had to enlist the BBB. At first they told me the cheque was lost in the mail but never gave me the cheque number nor offer me a replacement cheque.
