Bad company

I bought 24 burning bush plants from this company and 9 of them died. I have a 1 year warranty on them as of June 30. I shipped these 9 dead plants June 13 for an exchange of 9 live burning bush plants. I saved the label as instructed for the warranty and sent it back in the original package. I sent it back to the address listed on the package: 1706 Morrissey Drive Bloomington, Il 61704. The company name is Farmer Seed & Nursery. I have called their phone number on the website: 507-334-1623. I get no answer. Does this company exist? I want my 9 live plants as a replacement of the dead ones. These 9 were not healthy when they arrived in my mail of last year 2010. I get dead silence from these people. No response at all. And they said on the internet that they keep contacts. There is no customer service from these people. And which address is the correct address, the one in Illinois or Minnesota? I want my 9 burning bush plants live and healthy sent to my address immediately. It does not take this long to respond to the mail. I even got a confirmation from the post office and this company received my package on June 17 in Bloomington, Il. So, where and when is my order going to arrive?
