Bought a background search on a specified individual. The advertisment was deceptive in that it did not specify that the search would return data for one state or that the data would be a helter-skelter aglomeration of information on all persons with similar names. The report omitted public and well known data on the specified person and most report page simply opened onto a new search engine requireing additional money.intellus did not apply reasonable diligence and mearely scamed me out of about fifty dollars.
