Cannot Cancel $14.95 Monthly Charge After Job Loss

I first thought it was for credit report never really paid to much attention to it till now. My fiance just passed away a month ago and I am trying to save as much money as i can so I started to cancel things I do not need. Plus I was also laid off so I really can not afford 14.95 a month for something i do not need. I can not figure out how to cancel it.
