Customer service & Accounting proctices SUCK

Nothing about dealing with this company was easy, most especially trying to get their customer service to return calls. At the end of the move, on pick-up, they left me hanging for two days, then did not prorate. They charged me two weeks for a late pick-up when it was they're fault it was late. I'll never use this company again.
