Upper Administration... Not user friendly

I signed up for a 6 month contract mid- Nov. The staff was terrific, store very clean and well maintained. The price was right. I have a mild case of eczema... Ultraviolet really helps.
Unfortunately in March I broke my ankle. Call to put a hold on my contract... The rep in Delmar finally said yes too the hold but there would be a monthly fee and I woould have to restart in July... Why would I tan in July?!?!? So I wrote, said let the contract run out... Only one payment left... Oh no. Says he... 2 payments. Let's see Nov... April. That is 6 payments. Well, it seems that my first payment in Nov was only a partial so it didn't count. Partial... It was about $2 less than a reg payment. So I was charge an extra $25 because of a $2 undercharge... I called... The man is very single minded... Would I go there again... NO! So don't get sick or break an ankle... Too bad... Where's the humanity...
