Ripoff won't give return authorization number won't return phone calls or e-mails

I ordered a Handset for a Antique Telephone, paid for it with my credit card, using Pay Pal received the item, however i then found out that it wasn't the Handset that was broke on my phone but something inside the phone. I called them (no 800 number) immediately and got a voice mail, so I tried again the next day same thing, so at this time I also e-mailed them.

It took 3 phone calls and 4 e-mails before I got any response at all, a person by the name of Leah wrote and asked me for information on my order, I provided everthing she asked for. Now we are on week 2 and I still have not heard back from them, I've now called them 2 more times and have e-mailed them all of my previous e-mail's. The problem is they say you can't return anything to them unless they provide you with a Return Authorization Number.

If it's over 30 days they want you to send it back to the manfacture, so they are basically ignoring all requests for a return authorization number so I then will have to send it back to the manfacture. Apperantely this company doesn't care what I do or don't do as I'm still being ingnored, I want to send them back their product and have our credit card credited! This is a Rip OFF
