Unfortunate SCAM - handmade cupcake

I placed two custom orders from this company in February of this year. My PayPal payment of $62.00 was taken right away. Unfortunately, I never received my merchandise... I have sent "2" emails to this merchant with no response. Her site instructs to check the status page to see where your oder is (being worked on/shipped). My order shows that it was shipped but of course, there's no date. I am so disappointed for several reasons: 1) These are really cute! I was looking forward to presenting both of my daughters with custom cupcake charms for their birthdays: (2) I am a crafter... I cannot even imagine taking the money of a trusting customer & never providing them with what they paid for "and" never even bothering to contact them to let them know what was going on. This is one of those really unfortunate events that will make people wary of doing business with any crafter that doesn't have their merchandise listed with Etsy or Ebay... 3) I am out $62.00..! Damn!
