I was contacted by Maurice a representative of PTC. He explained that I was approved for a card, it was like an American Express. I paid the $89 fee on Aug 8, and NEVER RECEIVED A PTC CARD!!! I did however received a NETSPEND card, which is a prepaid card service. I never applied for one. I have tried to contact this company via 3 seperate numbers. 302-482-8651,888-382-7196,800-590-7929. I either never get thru to someone, or I get transferred, or hung up on. The reps are very rude.
I was told I had to email cancelptc1@gmail.com to cancel my account. I have tried to talk to my bank, and they are saying I have to close my account just to stop these 'thiefs' from taking anymore money from me. This is a total scam!!! Hang up if they call you!!! Don't let what happened to me happen to you!!!
