Mark was to repair my motorcycle that was involved in an accident. He received the insurance money to fix it. After numerous attempts with phone calls that were not answered, & visits to the shop, 8 months later we were tired of his excuses so we took the bike back ourselves. We wanted the insurance money that he got paid, per permission of the insurance co. But he said that he "spent the money and didn't have it anymore!" This was after several other lies ie: couldn't find parts for bike (we did with simple calls), special parts order, not! Several other excuses. Now we still don't the money, the insurance says we need to go after him. His is rude and doesn't care about his patrons.
