Charged 39.95 from an account hardly ever use. When I spoke to them told me they couldnt help me it was 24/7 support line. Called 2nd time told me it was from a beauty company. Advised it was not authorized told me I would recieve credit to my account in 3 to 4 days... 10 days later still waiting. Spoke to them again told me it was proccessed on 7sep and would take 7 to 10 days.
